Charity Details

The Rotary Club of Aylesbury also runs the Rotary Club of Aylesbury Trust Fund which is a charity, registered with the Charities Commission, Number: 1027912. All the money we raise for charity is placed in this fund which is managed by nominated Trustees from the Rotary Club of Aylesbury.

We raise funds in different ways and for different causes. Key Aylesbury Rotary campaigns that you may see out an about in town include:

  1. The annual Carol Float where money raised goes to local charities and Rotary Foundation
  2. Collecting on behalf of others; this includes collecting for Rotary campaigns such as End Polio Now
  3. Holding events to support Shelterbox which is an official Rotary partner
We accept donations in cash and by cheque - as well as by text. We use the following text based donation method:

text ARCH40 £2/3/5/10 (choose the amount you'd like to donate) to 70070

This is a free service operated by Vodaphone and we receive all the money you donate, plus Gift Aid, as appropriate.

How do you access finds from this charity?
Many of the charities to whom we donate, work with us in a variety of ways. Some funds are available for those who send in a request. We tend to provide small amounts, mostly to charities and always based in Aylesbury or nearby surroundings.
