Rotary Rounders Tournament - Next up in June 2013

It's a bumper year for sport in England - this week alone we have Wimbledon, Cricket against the Australians, the end of Euro 2012 football - and we're about to start hosting the Olympics.

So we've decided to be pragmatic and to hold the next Rotary Rounders Tournament in Aylesbury in June 2013.  If you'd like to get your team on the list then let us know so we can contact you nearer the time.

Essay Competition - watch this space!

Many thanks to all the children who have entered the Rotary Essay Competition from the Aylesbury area Schools.

We have now completed the marking of all the essays and were very impressed with both the wonderful response from schools and the very high standard of the work submitted – well done everyone!

We will be announcing the winners for each school involved, and visiting the schools - we will contact the Head Teachers very soon

Group Study Exchange to New Zealand 2013 - Applications Open

In March 2012 we were fortunate to have TWO applicants from our Rotary Club who were part of the five person team who went to Australia for a month. Emma Eyles and Andrew Kay have done us proud as representatives of Rotary, but perhaps even more importantly, as exemplar young professionals working in Aylesbury.

Applications are now open for the New Zealand Group Study Exchange in 2013.
The closing date to get your application into our Club is 23rd July 2012

Click here for the application form
